Stephanie Bird invented Birdanity, a noun, a verb and a vibrational coach. Each day our job is to help individuals and leaders in industry, government, faith-based communities, healthcare, and education develop and nurture healthy connections both at work and at home.

What we do ~> We offer training with an agreement of safe space for individual 1:1 and group sessions. We also offer a “no talk” approach to relieving stress through touch and even group activities, thereby creating connection. Our intension is to learn from and with you in a space filled with your own revelations. We do this using expression, including art, yoga, meditation, and music. We are a place of pilgrimage, grounded and firmly rooted in communication, freedom and sensitivity.

Foundation ~> Birdanity was founded on the principle that each mind and body matters. In support of that health movement, we believe in creating agreements that also include regular intervals of 1:1 community training, movement, self-disclosure, vibrational energy and quiet sacred solitude.

Qualifications ~> We collectively have more than 100 years of experience studying human behaviors and helping to improve the connections and relationships of thousands of people, including executives, managers, and employees. As you can imagine, our influence extends even largely to our own family, including children, and friends. We are master certified educators, consultants, public facilitators, licensed professionals, practicing hands-on technicians and most importantly, learners. We have studied child and adult learning, then life-long partnerships.

What to expect ~> With every new training assignment, we start by learning the goals, current habits, and if applicable, the business, culture, customers, products and services of the trainee. When working with teams, we have even assessed the health of entire Fortune 500 organizations. What we have learned about people and their relationships has offered us invaluable resources to be able to offer others with a shared goal of increasing our community, connections and effectiveness.

Touch Facility

Bird is gender-neutral and asexual. Asexual is the lack of sexual attraction to others, or low or absent interest or desire for sexual activity with others. It may be considered the lack of sexual orientation. When it comes to human touch, a lack of sexual orientation does not necessarily mean a lack of need for physical touch. In fact, science is proving that many humans suffer from social isolation, yet can often react positively to physical contact. This is because when we offer asexual touch, many hormones are released including one called Oxytocin, which is released in our bodies. This natural chemical effectively reduces our stress levels to lower blood pressure and decrease anxiety. Amen to less stress!
