Luminous

CC: Image by Stephanie Bird of a woman neeling in a weeded field. Hands in her hair, watching the sunset and the moon.

We come before.

We are also

the now,

and the life-after.

All of us ~ Human,

leaving behind

what we

think.

Whether

a frown

displeases us,

tears scare us,

the ecstasy that draws us,

the laughter that delights us,

or what tenderness

of the heart

is familiar

as the

Sun &

Moon.

For we will

All be dust in the end.

Hopefully becoming

Long before that

Day, not just

Fully alive

But

Luminous
