Birdanity

Birdanity is a mix of two words, Bird and Christianity. It’s sanity through writing, poetry and imagery.

It’s a word I made up many moons ago. A version of my story that offers edits, a rewrite or even a reframing.

I am a free-spirited woman. Often slow as molasses to reply or run, I am walking a human race. Feeling and thinking things through.

It’s true that I have had times of insane, stress-induced moments. Therapy, exercise, nature, meditation and seeking professional help stabilize a mind and body. In these ways I have found A Life.. In my life.

The content here.. Well, I try to be kid-age appropriate. It’s my intention to make this a friendly space. I am still child-like too.

Sometimes I even play pretend. I pet and hug trees, watch animals, observe nature and expression. Contemplating often, the next canvas.

Life has become (mostly) a quiet observation now. It’s loving ‘What Is.’ It’s being ok with everything with a knowing that as I accept what already is, I find the truth of being ok with it all.

Sometimes I feel fear. As an example, I fear closeness and even being open to receiving others perceptions of love. When I take a step forward to touch that terror.. I am learning to be mindful. Listening to my heart, body and energy.

Being 45.. That’s.. an age. Hopefully one of a growing gray hair and less make-up.. and bras that still feel like female rubber bands.

I am Energy. Neither created or destroyed. A light, a battery that never loses a charge. Energy simply Is.

The Source of energy ~ in this I have no need to own labels of faith. No answer to offer as to the right book(s) to read. Below is simply a favorite. A really old book with 81 verses.

Many times I refuse to answer what is true. Maybe you do and will. Do tell! Please, share..

Share here ~ as you wish?
