A Smile Without a Strategy

What are your strategies for SEO?

No strategies

exist. Not here.

Unpolished,

unoptimized,

a fully human

version of myself.

*

If anything, I did and do the opposite of optimizing myself.

I have nothing to add about catching up, nor attempting to be seen by the masses.

Every time I tried, it felt wrong. But only every single time.

I bought this quiet life. Millions of tiny little decisions to pack up the decades of art and stories in an old wooden box.

I left behind the crisis, the sirens, and the ticking clocks here. That’s history.

There’s no engines or highway to this place inside, just the sound of the rustling grass as I watch the wild golden sunsets pass.

I spent a lifetime running just to learn how to let go. To stand.

Holding the years was like dirt in my hands.

*

The noise is all gone,

the rushing is done,

I traded the clock

for the setting sun.

I bought this quiet

with a billion

words

you’ll

never read.

*

Now the only thing

left to do

is smile.

*

No crowds

at the door.

No shadows

to fight.

Just the stars

slowly waking

to welcome the night.

*

Every

gray hair

is a story I told.

I finally found

what was better

than gold:

A smile.

*

And all the time

I thought I lost

was waiting

here to call

me to this

home.

*

Now the silence

inside here

calls me

by my

name.

*

This sky,

this chair,

the scars,

these hands

soft and warm,

and your

smile.

*

*

*

Together and

for a moment

we no longer

needed to be

anywhere.

*

The gray

hairs.

*

Those

wrinkles.

*

That

laugh.

*

Thank you

for that

smile.

*

Unpolished,

unoptimized,

a fully human

version of you.
